Requirements

• High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four (4) years to seven (7) years related experience.
• Computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Responsibilities

• Provides functional coordination and support to the Work Control function.
• Coordinates the receipt of service orders and assignment of work orders as necessary to ensure timely completion of requested maintenance, service and repairs using the MAXIMO system.
• Coordinates assignment of work orders to maintenance/repair personnel, tracks work order completion, updates service order status and communicates status / schedule updates.
• Performs the duties of junior positions as needed.
• May provide task-level guidance and direction to less experienced personnel.
• Assists in tracking maintenance cycles, equipment utilization and coordinates inventory of spare parts and materials as assigned.
• May assist in training personnel and leading work teams as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
