The Work Based Learning Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of the School to Career/Work Based Learning program. This role involves facilitating meetings and activities to bring together employers, instructors, students, and center staff to ensure the success of the program. The coordinator also generates work site opportunities that match trainee capabilities with employer requirements and serves as a liaison between the Career Technical Training and Career Transition Services departments. Regular visits to work sites are required to cultivate relationships and coordinate guest speakers.
