About The Position

Under the direction of the CTE office, this role provides leadership and daily support to students, school-based staff, and community stakeholders through the coordination of work-based learning (WBL) for an assigned group of schools. The position involves providing instructional and leadership services to prepare students with essential academic, critical thinking, computer technology, workplace readiness, and technical skills for career pathways in career research and development. Key responsibilities include coordinating student work-based learning experiences such as internships, apprenticeships, and capstones, providing daily support to teachers and staff, assisting with professional development, and monitoring data, student engagement, equity, and access. The role also includes performing other assigned duties.
