This role is for a proactive, self-sufficient Part-Time WordPress Webmaster & Elementor Designer who will take technical and creative ownership of DeliverIt Group's web projects, covering everything from server-side health and security to high-end visual design and secure patient form routing. Requirements

  • 1+ Year Professional Experience: Proven track record of managing and designing live WordPress sites independently.
  • Elementor Expert: Mastery of Elementor widgets, Theme Builder, and responsive design principles.
  • Technical Independence: Ability to troubleshoot the "White Screen of Death" or plugin conflicts via hosting panels (cPanel/SFTP) without assistance.

Nice To Haves

  • SEO & Data Tools: Familiarity with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
  • Healthcare Awareness: Basic understanding of HIPAA-aware data handling.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly WordPress pages, focusing on modern design aesthetics, usability, and branding alignment.
  • Build and maintain responsive designs for optimal performance and appearance on all devices (mobile, tablet, and desktop).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement website updates, ensuring all design concepts align with our branding guidelines and current campaigns.
  • Optimize WordPress websites for speed, scalability, and SEO.
  • Use debugging tools and frameworks to ensure fast load times and a smooth user experience.
  • Implement robust security measures to protect our websites from vulnerabilities and cyber threats, including SSL management and site hardening.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, headers, and pop-ups using Elementor.
  • Configure patient forms with conditional logic to route submissions to specific pharmacy staff or departments via secure SMTP.
  • Perform regular manual and automated backups and manage all plugin/theme updates independently.
