About The Position

Dewberry’s Architecture Team is seeking a Part-Time dynamic Architectural Professional with well-rounded experience to join their Peoria, IL office. Experience in Federal, State, Local Governments, Community Facilities, Commercial and Civic building types is desirable. Requirements

• Professional Architecture degree from an accredited University
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Intern Development Program (IDP) process underway or as a career goal in next 5 years with end goal of licensure
• Proficient in Revit (BIM), SketchUp and other software modeling programs
• Skilled in Creative Adobe Suite applications Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• A design portfolio demonstrating experience will be required
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Federal, State, Local Governments, Community Facilities, Commercial and Civic building types
• LEED compliance, code experience, space planning, construction documentation experience

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers, project architects and senior interior designers with production of plans, details and specifications for project deliverables in all phases
• Coordinating with internal and external engineers and consultants
