The Finish Production team will work under the direction of the Production Manager and directly with the staff to create, coordinate, plan, and maintain production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company’s productive capacity. This full-time position is located in our Union City headquarters and manufacturing facility.

Requirements

Proven experience working with woodworking tools
Ability to lift more than 50lbs, jib cranes are available in all workstations
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation, regular attendance and punctuality are critical

Responsibilities

Read and interpret production orders
Inspect the quality of the material during and after the various processes to ensure quality standards are met
Complete required paperwork for inventory purposes
Report defective material and faulty equipment to Production Manager immediately
Maintain a clean work environment and abide by all plant safety regulations and work rules
