About The Position

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Wood Shop Assembler to produce finished products through various types of assembly and manufacturing. The role involves manufacturing wood lockers, athletic training equipment, and related products while meeting production time standards and PHS quality standards. The position is based in Watertown, SD, and works Monday through Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. A complete benefits package is offered. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
CNC machine experience.
High level of mechanical aptitude.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
Able to bend, stoop, reach high and low, work at a constant pace, and lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Previous woodshop or wood fabrication experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers, athletic training equipment, and related products.
Assemble wood components into finished products on time and within PHS quality standards.
Use work instructions to follow established assembly procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Complete production and quality forms to document actions.
Use the Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materials.
Build defect-free products that meet Quality Standards.
Build products within time standards.
Adhere to safety standards and requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
