Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery
- Flexible schedule when workload and deadlines need to be met
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an advanced wood-working environment is highly preferred
- Experience running equipment such as a table saw, and planer/sander preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and stage wood materials
- Understand and operate machinery such as planers, routers, and orbital hand sanders, as well as other machinery as necessary
- Follow all policies and company practices to ensure a safe and quality working environment
- Operate within standard operating procedures and quality control processes
- Complete and process repetitive tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in other Divisions as needed by the business
