We are a locally owned and operated wood refinishing company specializing in transforming worn, outdated cabinets and hardwood floors into beautiful, refreshed spaces. Using innovative products and processes, we provide high-quality cabinet and hardwood floor refinishing with significantly less dust, mess, and disruption than traditional refinishing methods. Our technicians are at the heart of our business. You'll work in customers' homes, so professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are just as important as your technical skills.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of painting and/or spray equipment experience preferred
• Experience with cabinetry, woodworking, refinishing, painting, or similar trades is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working inside customers' homes
• Enjoys hands-on work and learning new skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Preparing wood surfaces for refinishing
• Taping, masking, and protecting surrounding areas
• Spraying and/or rolling cabinet finishes
• Cleaning, sanding, and refinishing hardwood floors
• Performing light carpentry as needed
• Following established refinishing processes and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Working closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently
• Completing final quality checks to ensure our work meets company standards
