We are a locally owned and operated wood refinishing company specializing in transforming worn, outdated cabinets and hardwood floors into beautiful, refreshed spaces. Using innovative products and processes, we provide high-quality cabinet and hardwood floor refinishing with significantly less dust, mess, and disruption than traditional refinishing methods. Requirements

• 2–3 years of painting and/or spray equipment experience preferred
• Experience with cabinetry, woodworking, refinishing, painting, or similar trades is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working inside customers' homes
• Enjoys hands-on work and learning new skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Preparing wood surfaces for refinishing
• Taping, masking, and protecting surrounding areas
• Spraying and/or rolling cabinet finishes
• Cleaning, sanding, and refinishing hardwood floors
• Performing light carpentry as needed
• Following established refinishing processes and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Working closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently
• Completing final quality checks to ensure our work meets company standards
