About The Position

This role involves working in various production areas within a manufacturing environment. The primary focus is on adhering to schedules and assigned tasks, collaborating effectively within a team, and actively participating in on-the-job training to develop skills. Key aspects include promptly reporting any equipment or material issues to a supervisor, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following all company policies and procedures. The position also requires tracking production against set schedules and undertaking other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Work in different production areas as needed and follow the schedule and tasks assigned by your supervisor.
• Work well as part of a team and learn and retain on-the-job training as you build your skills.
• Notify your supervisor right away of any equipment or material issues.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Follow all Northern Contours policies and procedures.
• Track your production against the schedule provided.
• Take on other related duties as assigned.
