About The Position

This role is for Wood Production on the 1st Shift. The position involves working in various production areas as assigned by a supervisor, learning and retaining on-the-job training, and contributing to a team environment. Key aspects include maintaining a safe and clean work area, adhering to company policies, tracking production against schedules, and performing other related duties. No prior production experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work in different production areas as needed and follow the schedule and tasks assigned by your supervisor.
• Work well as part of a team and learn and retain on-the-job training as you build your skills.
• Notify your supervisor right away of any equipment or material issues.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Follow all Northern Contours policies and procedures.
• Track your production against the schedule provided.
• Take on other related duties as assigned.
