About The Position

The Wood CNC Operator cuts and machines parts for assembly using CNC equipment and software. The role involves reading blueprints and materials to enter accurate data into the CNC machine, executing millwork jobs, and operating and programming other shop machinery, including an edge bander and boring machine. Requirements

• Ability to read blueprints, interior design drawings, and architectural drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and demanding schedules, and to prioritize.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical/musculoskeletal exam.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Must pass an audiogram test.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some additional training at a technical school.
