About The Position

The Wonderful Company is seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar enrolled in the College Success program for a full-time, 8-week internship. In this position, you will gain hands-on professional experience and learn how the department runs. This position is based either at our Wisteria Lane office in Paso Robles or in our Los Angeles office. The internship start date is June 15, 2026. The schedule is primarily onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work independently, with the initiative to manage assignments and follow-through
• Proactive in identifying questions and seeking clarity, especially in new or ambiguous situations
• Energetic, curious, and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
• Must upload a resume, professional reference, and a cover letter with your application

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition operations, including opening new requisitions, entering candidates into the Applicant Tracking System, and preparing new hire paperwork
• Develop presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a seamless interview experience
• Post job openings and update job descriptions as needed
• Maintain calendars for recruitment activities, including career fairs and team meetings
• Provide administrative support for recruitment initiatives and special projects
