About The Position

Alexia Admor, an established contemporary womenswear brand specializing in dresses and sportswear, is seeking a hands-on designer and creative lead to own seasonal product development and the visual materials used to bring collections to market. The role combines design, commercial merchandising, product development, photoshoot coordination, and digital imagery. The designer works directly with company leadership and collaborates with technical design, production, sales, and manufacturing partners. The position develops dresses and sportswear from research and concept through sketches, CADs, samples, and production handoff; builds seasonal concepts and coordinated assortments; and helps translate retailer feedback, sales results, and customer needs into commercially relevant product. It also covers fabric, print, color, fit, retailer presentations, photoshoot planning and execution, product imagery, digital asset management, and practical use of AI tools. The successful candidate manages multiple deadlines with limited supervision, maintains project records, communicates proactively, and follows work through final quality checks. The company welcomes experienced designers and exceptional associate designers ready for broader ownership. Title and compensation will reflect demonstrated capabilities and the scope the candidate can manage independently. The role requires availability to work in the New York office and attend photoshoots.
