Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of volleyball experience.
  • CPR and First Aid certified
  • Know and comply with all NCAA rules and regulations, and pass the NCAA Coaches Certification Exam annually.
  • Ability to travel
  • heavy lifting required (50 pounds and over)
  • may be required to work when the university is closed.
  • Ability to work in less than ideal weather conditions
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Women's Volleyball Head Coach with recruiting, scouting and practice planning.
  • Assist with practice and competition day management and activities for all players, work on overall team strategy
  • Help with the planning and organization of camps and clinics as assigned.
  • Know and comply with all NCAA rules and regulations, and pass the NCAA Coaches Certification Exam annually.
  • Provide positive leadership for student-athletes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
