About The Position

Currently, we are interviewing for a Women's Spa Attendant to join our talented team in Torrance! In this position, you will be responsible for laundry, refilling products, light janitorial work, and - above all else - working to maintain a 5-Star standard in presentation and service for our guests. You must be detail-oriented with the ability to work as a team in a very fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to fluently communicate in English
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to work as a team in a very fast-paced environment
• Be focused, energetic, and have strong attention to detail
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by managers or supervisors
• Complete a background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industries is preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures including, but not limited to, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
• Support the team to reach common goals
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
