About The Position

Centurion is seeking a full-time Women’s Social Rehabilitation Unit (WSRU) Coordinator to join their team at Chillicothe Correctional Center in Chillicothe, Missouri. This role is responsible for providing administrative guidance and supervision to clinical and administrative staff. The coordinator will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate clinical needs and deliver quality, evidence-based, behavioral/mental health services within a mental health residential social rehabilitative unit for female offenders in a correctional setting.

Requirements

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution.
• Active professional license to practice independently in the state of Missouri: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Must possess current CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
• Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience in a correctional or mental health treatment facility.
• Behavioral/mental health experience in a correctional and/or mental health residential treatment unit environment.
