About The Position

Pitt-Bradford, an NCAA Division III institution, is seeking a Women’s Lacrosse Coach Intern. This is a temporary, on-site, 10-month position. The Assistant Lacrosse Coach (Intern) will primarily report to the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach and will assist in all phases of the program. Responsibilities include coaching and teaching (75%) and administrative duties (25%).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of playing and/or coaching experience at the college level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse community.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and provide instruction during practices and games.
• Support player development through individual and team training sessions.
• Provide strategic analysis for games and practices.
• Assist with both on-campus and off-campus recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate campus visits for prospective student-athletes.
• Monitor academic progress and provide support for student-athletes.
• Assist with game day management and event operations as needed.
