About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated Women’s Health Physical Therapist to join their team in Pennsylvania. The company provides comprehensive care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Requirements

  • License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (Pennsylvania).
  • Pelvic Health experience, or willingness to train PTs looking to grow into this specialty.
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Eagerness to grow & learn.
  • Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
  • Team player.

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
  • Engage in new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
  • Pursue professional growth and hands-on learning.
