About The Position

Valley View's Women's Health Clinic is hiring for an Operations Manager! As the Operations Manager you will provide input into the operations of Women's Health Clinic, front line staffing, staff development and training. You will also assist with data analysis and strategic planning for the clinic.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Excellent customer service and phone skills
Ability to work under variable conditions
Well-organized, dependable and flexible
Must be a team player
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Epic, Tableau

Nice To Haves

Prior hospital experience preferred
One to Two years of customer service experience preferred
At least 3 years of management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide input into the operations of Women's Health Clinic
Oversee front line staffing
Manage staff development and training
Assist with data analysis
Assist with strategic planning for the clinic
