The Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide diagnosis and treatment for common acute illnesses, prevention and maintenance care to patients with stable chronic illnesses, and perform interim physical exams for healthy patients within nurse protocol. This role involves educating patients on health promotion and disease prevention, maintaining accurate patient records, and adhering to drug protocols. The NP will also supervise and intervene with clinical issues, support triage by clinical staff, and implement clinical education and training for staff. Quality care, safety, and performance improvement are key aspects of this position. The role requires a Master's degree from an accredited school of Nursing, certification in a related specialty, membership in a related organization, and nursing experience in a clinical setting.
