About The Position

The UND women’s basketball program is in search of a dedicated, hard-working student manager who will be able to assist our program with a variety of different day-to-day tasks. The position will be working directly with the women’s basketball program under the Director of Basketball Operations. This is a part-time, non-benefitted position. Only UND students are eligible to apply for this position.

Requirements

• Only UND students are eligible to apply
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Background with the game of basketball either playing or involved
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
• Ability to show great effort and attitude with every task
• Responsible
• Accountable
• Dedicated to fulfilling tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to learn computer program (Synergy) on the fly if no prior knowledge
• Willing and able to follow the directions of supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and take-down for practice and games
• Breakdown practice film
• Run scoreboard during practice
• Assist with on-court drills
• Monitor upkeep in WBB facilities
• Organize and maintain gear inventory
• Help with organization of national recruiting
• Report to Director of Operations to help with necessary travel planning
• Prepare inventory and gear for road trips
