As a Wok Line Cook, you bring the energy and technique of the wok to life in the Din Tai Fung (DTF) kitchen. In this role, you are responsible for preparing wok dishes according to Din Tai Fung’s recipes, cook times, techniques, and plating standards, ensuring each dish delivers the flavor, quality, and consistency our guests expect. You’ll check ingredient quality, cook and finish dishes with the proper garnishes, and maintain a clean, organized wok station throughout service. Responsibilities also include labeling products in compliance with health department regulations and company procedures, and participating in monthly staff and wok department meetings as part of your continued development.
