About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Three years of high volume wok cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work a varied shift to including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Responsibilities
- Follow recipe and/or product directions for preparing and wok-cooking all specified menu items, work with a sense of urgency to meet time goals while adhering to recipe standards, and display an attention to detail and food presentation
- Taste the product, follow the menu, estimate food requirements, check production and keep records in order to accurately plan production requirements and requisition supplies and equipment
- Follow food safety regulations and standards to include temperature/time tracking for food and equipment
- Clean and sanitize work station and equipment
- Identify and inform the Chef regarding any problems on station
- Maintain proper stocking of assigned station
- Assist Chef in menu preparation, service and breakdown of function
- Capable of working in public on live stations and maintain superior appearance standards
