About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate explosives inventory, loading and assembling perforating guns according to safety policies, and driving equipment to and from locations. The position also involves maintaining a clean work area, performing assigned tasks, and ensuring all duties comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Active participation in safety meetings and utilizing competency processes to enhance job performance are also key aspects of this role.

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have and maintain valid state-issued driver’s license, be eligible to drive a Company vehicle and meet the requirements of the Company’s vehicle program, policy and/or guidelines
• Ability to understand and speak English at a level of proficiency allowing employee to issue, receive and respond to both safety and operations-related directions in English

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate explosives inventory.
• Load and assemble perforating guns as directed following all company and industry safety policies.
• Drive equipment to and from location as directed.
• Maintain a clean shop and work area.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations.
• Actively participates in safety meetings to identify and address risks and hazards.
• Utilizes competency Processes to enhance job performance.
