About The Position

Seeking WISe Program Team Members We've expanded our services! Wraparound with Intensive Services, or WISe, is a new approach to helping Medicaid-eligible children, youth, and their families with intensive mental health care. Services are available in home and community settings and offer a system of care based on the individualized need of the child or youth. Ryther is a recognized leader in behavioral health services for children, youth and their families facing complex challenges. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive services and innovative treatments. Requirements

• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral science
• One year relevant experience (preferably in social services case management of children and families)

Responsibilities

• Utilizes effective interpersonal skills to lead child and family teams in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized Wraparound Care Plans.
• Promotes active engagement of all child and family team members to support youth and family voices and choices throughout the process.
• Coordinates collaboration between multiple systems and providers.
• Maximizes involvement of natural, community, and professional supports.
• Provides necessary resources.
