Sound is seeking a WISe Clinician in Seattle, WA, to work with intensive-needs children and adolescents with behavioral health disorders. The role involves assisting clients and their families in becoming healthy and engaged in the community, utilizing recovery and wraparound principles. The clinician will provide assessment, direct clinical intervention, and supportive consultation to children, adolescents, and adult family members presenting with emotional, behavioral, and co-occurring disorders. Services are delivered in accordance with State fidelity standards, primarily in the home, school, and community. The position requires collaboration with assigned WISe team members and collateral services (schools, social service agencies, inpatient facilities, caseworkers, etc.). The clinician will also work with other child-serving systems, including child welfare, education, intellectual disabilities, and juvenile justice, to develop holistic, strength-based, recovery-oriented therapeutic plans to maintain children and adolescents with significant mental health problems in the community.
