Sound is seeking a WISe Clinician in Bellevue, WA, to work with intensive-needs children and adolescents with behavioral health disorders. The role involves assisting clients and their families in achieving optimal health and community engagement using recovery and wraparound principles. The clinician will provide assessment, direct clinical intervention, and supportive consultation to children, adolescents, and adult family members presenting with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and co-occurring disorders, adhering to State fidelity standards. Services are primarily delivered in homes, schools, and communities, with an emphasis on intensive therapeutic services to the child, adolescent, and family system. Collaboration with assigned WISe team members and collateral services (schools, social service agencies, inpatient facilities, caseworkers, etc.) is crucial. The clinician will also work with other child-serving systems, including child welfare, education, intellectual disabilities, and juvenile justice, to develop holistic, strength-based, recovery-oriented therapeutic plans to support children and adolescents with significant mental health challenges in the community.
