The WISe Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight, direct supervision to all WISe therapists, and program leadership for the Vancouver WISe team. This role is the primary clinical authority for the WISe program, ensuring that therapy services are delivered with fidelity to the WISe model and in alignment with Akin's mission, vision, and values. The WISe Clinical Supervisor is accountable for the clinical quality, professional development, and performance of all WISe therapists, while also ensuring the Vancouver program meets program fidelity standards, service intensity benchmarks, enrollment targets, and utilization requirements as set by contract and regulatory obligations. This position reports to and works in close partnership with the WISe Program Director. The WISe Clinical Supervisor may also provide direct clinical care to clients as needed, including screening, intake, crisis management, assessment, and treatment. This position has access to protected healthcare information (PHI) and confidential identifiable information (CII), both paper and electronic, as required to perform related job duties and responsibilities.
