About The Position
We are seeking a Wiring Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will perform wiring tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. The Wiring Associate is who prepares and connects wiring in parts and units under full supervision, who is able to always follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Ability to understand drawings and specifications
- Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in units of measure
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Learn to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Train on other assembly operations as needed
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
- Assist in other departments and areas as required to meet company and production goals
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Will be trained to prepare and connect wiring control boards
- Learn to prepare various control boards and proper component placements with labels
- Learn different control boards for various product models
