You will make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support the implementation of developed solutions and plans. You will collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives. You will influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group. You will monitor overall, system, channel, client, and repair-reason performance. You will maintain one controlled baseline and reconcile metric differences across reports. You will maintain the mapped and unmapped repair inventory. You will prioritize high-volume internal and external causes. You will convert client-specific repair data into targeted outreach. You will validate whether repair volumes fall and remain lower after intervention. You will identify repeatable repair categories suitable for rules, validation, or reference-data remediation. You will quantify repair impact by defect. You will support prioritization, testing, production validation, and benefit confirmation. You will detect regression after releases, migrations, client changes, and new ISO requirements. You will confirm that delivered repair reductions remain sustained.
