This role involves cleaning, repairing, testing, installing, and maintaining NOV WFL Brand products at NOV Service Facility(s) and occasionally customer facilities. The technician will communicate product failures and feedback reports to appropriate departments, provide supporting documentation per NOV WFL procedures, and complete and submit work pack documentation in a timely manner. Responsibilities also include servicing and repairing customer property items related to the WFL Aftermarket business unit, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with QA procedures and departmental work instructions, and maintaining a quality-minded, tidy, and accurate approach to all tasks. The technician will disassemble equipment for repairs, request and install parts according to instructions and drawings, and function test repaired equipment to ensure it meets full specifications. Compliance with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and utilizing safe work habits are essential. The role may also involve additional job activities as requested by the Service Manager/Supervisor and performing other work-related tasks as assigned.
