About The Position

Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Specialist to sell wireless devices and services at a Verizon Authorized Retailer. The role focuses on learning customers’ needs and providing individualized service while demonstrating the company’s values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service and its brand foundation of Care for Every Person. The position offers a base rate of $12 per hour plus uncapped commission potential. The stated average with commission is $17 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more. Responsibilities

Sell cellular phones, tablets, watches, other devices, and wireless services to the general public while providing outstanding customer service.
Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department and through community involvement events.
Contact current customers by phone to identify additional sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain current knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services, and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
Handle daily store operations, including opening and closing, inventory control, cash management, and office and administrative duties.
Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
