About The Position

Premium Retail Services operates in over 1300 Walmart Supercenter locations across North America, employing a dedicated sales team of over 3,000 Wireless Sales Pros. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our Wireless team. Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but a drive to learn is essential. Comprehensive training on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions will be provided through ongoing in-store and online programs. Requirements

  • Driven to learn about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions.
  • Willingness to undergo ongoing in-store and online training.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (verified through E-Verify).
