JH Cellular, one of Wireless Zone's top-performing franchise groups operating 12 locations across South Florida, is looking for a high-energy, results-driven individual to join our telesales team. If you love talking to people, know how to close, and want to get paid for your performance, this is the role for you.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear, and personable
- Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them
- Able to multitask across screens, databases, and data entry tools
- Positive attitude, punctual, and a team player
- High School Diploma / GED required
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and sell Verizon wireless plans, devices, and services over the phone
- Use a consultative approach: ask the right questions, uncover needs, overcome objections, and close
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously
- Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape
- Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience on every call
