The Role As a Wireless Sales Associate, you’ll be an essential part of the store team — the first face customers see and a key reason they leave happy. Working side by side with our Sales Representatives, you’ll be responsible for: Welcoming customers and setting the tone for a great experience Managing inbound calls and connecting customers with the right solutions Demonstrating devices and walking customers through product features Setting up accessories and getting customers ready to go Diagnosing and resolving basic device and service issues Delivering reliable, friendly customer service at every touchpoint Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment Completing CRM entries and supporting back-office record-keeping

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Passion for technology and a knack for explaining it clearly
  • Confident communicator in person and over the phone
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities at once
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Collaborative mindset with a results-driven attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required — we hire for potential
