Requirements

• 18 or older
• A genuine love for technology and helping people
• Strong communicator — in person and on the phone
• Ability to multitask without dropping the ball
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A team player who also has a competitive streak
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus — but the right attitude can outweigh a résumé

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and creating a warm, professional first impression
• Answering inbound calls and directing customers to the right solutions
• Walking customers through device demos and product walkthroughs
• Installing accessories and helping customers get set up
• Troubleshooting basic device and service issues
• Handling customer service needs with patience and professionalism
• Keeping the store organized, clean, and visually sharp
• Supporting the team with basic CRM data entry and record-keeping
