About The Position

Walmart Canada has partnered with OSL to operate its 350 wireless kiosk locations across Canada, and we are growing fast. As a Wireless Sales Associate you process new activations, upgrades, prepaid plans and close sales on wireless devices and accessories. Walmart has the highest traffic of any Big Box Retailer in Canada. This position is for an existing vacancy within our sales team. As part of our recruitment process, we utilize artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools to assist with certain stages, including initial resume screening and skills-matching assessments. These tools are designed to help our hiring team identify candidates whose experience and qualifications align closely with the requirements of the role. Responsibilities

Process new activations, upgrades, and prepaid plans.
Close sales on wireless devices and accessories.
Connect customers with the right wireless solutions for their needs.
Sell wireless devices, plans, and accessories.
Act as an expert on our multi-carrier platform: Rogers, Bell, Telus, Koodo, Fido, Public Mobile, Freedom Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Lucky Mobile and Chatr.
