About The Position

OSL is hiring a Wireless Sales Associate to provide personalized wireless solutions and sales service at a military-base retail location in Fort Polk, Louisiana. OSL partners with AAFES and NEXCOM to operate The Mobile Center and NexConnect, selling AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon products and services. The role combines customer service, wireless sales, store operations, and teamwork. Employees earn a base rate of $15–$17 per hour plus uncapped commission; the posting states that employees earn $20–$22 per hour when meeting minimum expectations and that top performers earn $30 or more per hour. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.

Be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
