Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of retail management experience
Proven success leading teams and achieving sales goals
Strong communication and coaching skills
Comfortable using computers and retail technology
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Ability to work at multiple store locations within the district is a plus
Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities

Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics.
Coach associates to maximize every customer interaction and deliver complete wireless solutions.
Monitor store performance and develop action plans to improve results.
Lead by example by actively selling products, services, and accessories alongside your team.
Celebrate wins while coaching employees to continuously improve.
Create a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Ensure every interaction reflects Elite Wireless' commitment to exceptional service.
Foster long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty and referrals.
Recruit, interview, and develop top talent.
Provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and performance feedback.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and sales role-playing.
Train employees on new products, promotions, and selling techniques.
Build a positive, energetic culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
Prepare team members for future leadership opportunities through mentoring and development.
Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory and protect company assets.
Ensure operational compliance with company policies and wireless carrier standards.
Manage scheduling to meet customer demand while maximizing productivity.
Complete required reporting, training, and administrative tasks on time.
Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives and improve store performance.
Support local marketing initiatives and community events.
Build relationships with nearby businesses and organizations.
Represent Elite Wireless and Cricket Wireless with professionalism in the community.
