We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our Beverly, MA location, with a potential opportunity to oversee both Beverly and Saugus, MA locations as a Dual Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring a sales team to achieve goals, delight customers, and drive profitability. You will coach, mentor, and lead by example in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, building community connections and fostering innovation.

Requirements

2+ years of sales management experience with a knack for leading teams
A proven track record of smashing sales goals and delivering top-tier customer service
Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfort with technology, including computers and wireless devices

Responsibilities

Boost store profits and hit sales targets with strategic flair
Coach and develop your team to deliver stellar performance
Recruit, hire, and guide employees, including making necessary personnel decisions
Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance
Lead by example with role-plays and hands-on coaching
Support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
Partner with trainers to welcome and train new hires
Maintain Alliance Mobile’s high standards and ensure team adherence
Communicate effectively with the Alliance Mobile community
Work 45-50 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Lift up to 25 pounds when needed
