About The Position

As a Mobile Expert, you will provide personalized wireless solutions and sales service, helping customers choose mobile technology and related products. The role includes customer service, wireless-device activations and upgrades, sales of devices and accessories, merchandising, inventory handling, and store opening and closing. You will work toward sales goals both independently and as part of a team. The position is an existing vacancy within the sales team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a high-energy, positive attitude.
• Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends.

Responsibilities
