About The Position
As a Mobile Expert, you will provide personalized wireless solutions and sales service, helping customers choose mobile technology and related products. The role includes customer service, wireless activations and upgrades, device and accessory sales, merchandising, inventory handling, and store opening and closing. You will work toward sales goals as both an individual contributor and a team member. The position is a full-time role with flexible availability and is an existing vacancy within the sales team.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a high-energy, positive attitude.
- Have fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends.
