About The Position

ADB is seeking a motivated and passionate Intern to support the Wireless team in day-to-day functions of the department. During the internship the goal is to build upon your educational knowledge and develop the skills and experience needed to be successful in all aspects of ADBs Wireless team processes. The ideal candidate will have a GPA of 2.5 or higher with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in College Courses
  • 2.5 or higher GPA required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with requesting job numbers, generating POs for vendors, and ordering materials when needed
  • Create project green job folders, printing CDs, RFDS, Port Matrix, JSAs, and safety paperwork
  • Assist weekly with multiple project updates, market asset review, and asset location coding
  • Accept and coordinate deliveries and shipping requests as needed
  • Participate in subcontractor and vendor calls as needed to support the duration of the project
  • Assist in the completion of project closeouts and provide to customers once completed
  • Perform other position duties when requested
