About The Position

In this role, you will play a critical part in operating lab environments that support integration-phase testing of wireless systems, with a focus on RF validation. You will be responsible for bringing up and verifying equipment, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the test documentation. Key responsibilities include performing testing and validation of critical lab components, executing integration-phase testing, focusing on system bring-up, interoperability, and pre-production validation. You will work with wireless technologies, including troubleshooting and performance validation, and set up, configure, and maintain lab equipment, including RF systems, cabling, and test infrastructure. Support rapid test iteration by adapting lab setups and configurations for evolving integration needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including RF engineers, software engineers, and systems teams. Act as hands-on lab support ("eyes and hands") for remote engineering teams. Build and maintain test documentation, including test cases, integration scenarios, and results tracking.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in wireless system integration and testing, particularly in pre-production or integration phases
  • Experience with wireless communication systems and RF validation, including in depth knowledge of 3GPP protocols
  • Experience with Linux systems and basic scripting (Bash or Python) for test execution and debugging
