Wireless and RF Engineer
About The Position
Be responsible for validating input data, devising an analysis methodology, and ensuring the quality of technical outputs to convey results concisely and clearly as a Wireless and RF Analysis Engineer. Represent the client's interests in technical working groups with your peers. Support the development of architectural blueprints for new networks and enhancements to production networks. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience performing advanced RF and wireless engineering for federal, DoD, or complex technical infrastructure programs
- 5+ years of experience leading RF system design, spectrum management, interference analysis, coverage optimization, and comprehensive RF validation testing ensuring mission‑aligned performance
- Experience directing RF engineering activities across multi‑site, high‑complexity operational environments, providing expert guidance on signal propagation, system integration, and troubleshooting
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
