About The Position

Wire Transfer Specialists play a critical role in ensuring fast, secure, and compliant movement of funds. Accuracy and timeliness directly protect the bank, support customer trust, and maintain regulatory standards. This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations, specifically wire transfers
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (experience may be obtained concurrently)
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive environments
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally

Nice To Haves

Experience with domestic and foreign wire processing
Familiarity with large financial institutions or enterprise banking environments

Responsibilities

Process domestic and international wire transfers accurately and within established cutoff times
Perform data entry, verification, and release of wire transactions
Handle large-dollar wire transactions, including amounts up to tens of millions
Provide accurate, professional, and timely service to internal and external customers
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
Manage multiple priorities effectively while working under tight deadlines
Collaborate with team members to support business continuity during high-volume periods
