About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Wire Transfer Specialist to support a large enterprise financial organization in Hawaii. This role is ideal for someone with wire transfer experience who performs well in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and is looking to grow within a major financial institution.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of banking operations experience with wire transfers.
• 2+ years of customer service experience (experience may be concurrent).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in high‑volume or time‑sensitive financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international wire transfers accurately and on time.
• Perform data entry, verification, and release of wire transactions.
• Handle large‑dollar wire transfers.
• Provide timely, courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and internal controls.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
