Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three to five years of clerical or banking-related experience preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of bank operational functions preferred.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight-hour workday.
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).

Responsibilities

  • Process Wire Transfers: Execute incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Handle Foreign Collections: Process foreign collection items in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile Daily Activity: Assist with daily reconciliation of wire activity to ensure balancing accuracy and proper reporting.
  • Resolve Inquiries: Respond to customer and internal requests, questions, and concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating when appropriate.
  • Maintain Controls: Maintain accurate records and documentation to support internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Ensure Compliance: Perform all duties in alignment with established Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations.
